Felicia Grumet

Felicia Grumet, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer at Newrez, overseeing the company’s financial health, strategy, and performance. In this capacity, Ms. Grumet leads financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, and risk management.

Since joining Newrez in 2024, Ms. Grumet has held various leadership roles, including serving as Chief Information Officer, where she led technological initiatives that enhanced the digital experience for customers and employees while supporting Newrez’s cost leadership.

Ms. Grumet has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Newrez, she spent 13 years as a Managing Director at Bank of America, where she managed several business areas within Global Fixed Income. Ms. Grumet’s responsibilities spanned business strategy and development, revenue growth, capital and liquidity management, new products and platform development and operating efficiency. Prior to joining Bank of America, she spent 15 years at Bear Stearns in Mortgages and Structured Credit Derivatives focusing on a variety of mortgage, asset-backed and other securitized products.

Ms. Grumet holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from the Dyson School at Cornell University.
